Brettenwood prides itself on having an innovative and proactive approach to security, resulting in an impeccable track record regarding the safety of all residents.

A number of highly successful preventative measures are implemented to ensure the Estate remains safe. Everything from access control to motion sensors and perimeter checks are in place. Our state-of-the-art security systems are continually maintained and updated, thorough security checks are enforced at all entrances, calm and professional (but also friendly and caring) security personnel are present at gates and perimeters and we have our own designated reaction vehicle too. In addition there are armed-response vehicles available for assistance in the immediate area.

Our security committee meets regularly to discuss the Estate’s needs, ensuring a higher standard of service delivery from security suppliers. Added to these measures, a minimum rental period of 12 months applies to all residents of our exclusive Estate to ensure families aren’t exposed to the disruptions that come with holiday or short-term rentals (i.e. no Air BnB options available). 

Everyone that drives through our gates is made to feel welcome, and at home, with smiling and attentive security personnel, ready to greet you warmly. They are a part of the Brettenwood family too and take great pride in what they do.
