Brettenwood Coastal Estate prides itself on being able to provide a complete lifestyle orientated living experience no matter the age of the resident. There is quite literally something for everyone. Not only that, but Brettenwood remains one of the few estates out there that offers it’s extensive range of features and amenities to residents only. That means our Woodlands Clubhouse and Woody’s restaurant are exclusive and private use only.

Anchored in community, while best utilising the natural landscape, facilities have been built for families with children, nature lovers, individuals who enjoy an active lifestyle, mature residents and those simply seeking a little space, peace and tranquility.

Clubhouse

Our Woodland Clubhouse provides residents with a variety of recreational opportunities. It consists of a communal mulit-use area, featuring pools, gym facilities, kids play area, and Woody’s restaurant. Reserved solely for use by our residents and their family and guests, it is not available to the general public. This ensures our facilities remain in excellent condition and that our residents are never left wanting.

Pool

Shift your workout to the pool by making use of our excellent multi-lane 25 m lap pool, alternatively slip into our heated aerobic pool (classes available) and kick your health into shape there. For the kids, there are water slides available, ensuring all the water babies out there are all accounted for, and happy.

GYM

Our gym features state-of-the-art machinery and a weight training space. Stop by to get a treadmill run in, or to pick up the pace on our elliptical machines or stationary bikes. Get a full-body workout, without leaving the comfort of the estate. Open all day, you will be able to find yourself a quiet corner for some health and wellness. Alternatively, if you prefer to work out in small groups or with a professional, residents may bring their own personal trainers on-site to train them.

Boma, braai & picnic area

Our amphitheatre has been built to entertain you, and it does an excellent job. A perfect locale for our many festivities and events, you can pull up a step and engage in friendly conversation while musicians play and movies run. This really is the amphitheatre of dreams, and home to many an unforgettable moment, memory or experience, with plenty of space for everyone to get involved and enjoy themselves.
