By entering into the Estate, you consent to and agree that Brettenwood Coastal Estate may collect personal information and/or special personal information as defined in POPIA, which may belong to you, your child (in your capacity as his/her parent or guardian), third party and/or the company or business which you represent.  By entering this Estate, you and, the child, the company or business which you represent accept the provisions of Brettenwood Coastal Estate’s privacy and/or POPIA Policy and give consent to Brettenwood Coastal Estate to process and further process personal information and/or special personal information.
